Enodare's will kit afforded me the opportunity to create my own will. The kit, which is bigger than some books, is well laid out and takes you through the process of creating your will in an easy to follow manner. Firstly I read the various sections on beneficiaries, executors, taxes etc. While reading through the kit you complete your will writing worksheet. This worksheet gathers up all the information required to write your will at a later stage and is very useful.

Once I completed the reading I came to the actual section where I create my will. There are 9 different document, available on the CD or to download, which cover almost all situations even domestic partnerships. On selection of my will type, I easily followed the instructions to complete my will. Overall excluding the reading, I had my will will created in about 30 minutes.

The kit is very informative and easy to follow.

This is a well-produced and very useful Kit. The kit contains various will forms which are suitable in almost all US states (not valid in Louisiana) and easily used by people with non-legal backgrounds. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, myself and my husband created our wills in about 20 minutes. Also included was a will planning worksheet, although it took about another ten minutes to complete, it ensured that when I went to create my Will, nothing was forgotten.

This kit is both inviting and comprehensive in its coverage of wills making for an altogether enjoyable experience. Following the instructions and completing the worksheets set forth was a stress-free task. The overall presentation of topics and their logical follow on steps made sure I completed the will forms in no time. Personally, I found the property worksheet a tremendous help as it made clear exactly what I had in my estate and what I could give away after my liabilities were considered!

It's a great all round kit, not to heavy on reading and much better value than an attorney!

Simple to use will kit, my wife created her will in about 20 minutes. Im still deciding on a few things but overall the worksheets are really helpful and the forms seem quiet easy to follow!

Having read Enodare's living trust book, I decided to try the last will book, at least to keep me moving in the right direction. From what I have read one is as important as the other in estate planning. Again the structure was clear, concise and above all easy to follow. As with the other Enodare book which I had just finished, everything was easy from the word go.

Worksheets were provided. I like this because I don't have to write notes everywhere to remember them. The book contains multiple worksheets, wills for various circumstances, self proving affidavits, downloadable updates etc. A tax section is also included which allowed me to determine the real value of my assets so I know exactly how much I'm giving away.

The only con is that the tax section relates to 2010 and some of the figures have changed, however the downloadable update explains the new rates. As this is one of the most recently published title relating to wills, I can assume the others are more out of date and without an update available.
I can recommend this book and after reading two of Enodare's books, it's safe to recommend them.
